Saudi Industrial Development Fund Opens Applications for “Nokhab” Employment-Linked Training Program

The Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) announced the opening of applications for its “Nokhab” training program, which leads to employment upon completion. Applications opened on Sunday, March 8, 2026, and continued until Thursday, April 2, 2026.

The program targeted Saudi graduates holding bachelor’s and master’s degrees, providing them with the knowledge and professional skills required to join SIDF and prepare for the labor market.

 

The program included three main tracks: Nokhab Credit Program, Nokhab Market Studies Program, and Nokhab Engineering Program. It was delivered in cooperation with a group of local and international educational and training institutions.

Participants also received several benefits, including a monthly stipend, medical insurance covering the trainee and their parents, housing and transportation allowances, and annual performance bonuses, positioning the program among the strongest graduate training opportunities for young Saudi talent.

 

“Nokhab” initiative is considered one of SIDF’s strategic training programs, built on more than five decades of experience in training and professional development. Through partnerships with universities and leading training centers, the fund aimed to prepare a generation capable of contributing to industrial transformation in Saudi Arabia. SIDF also invited male and female graduates to apply through its official website.
